All fees are payable in U.S. Dollars and payable in advance.

All sales are final with the following exceptions:

1) If we cannot help in making a crossword puzzle online based on your completed Solution Template, or if the Crossword Layout is not delivered by email by our promised deadline, the Crossword Layout Fee will be refunded, and

2) If the completed Cryptic Crossword is not delivered by email by our promised deadline, the Cryptic Clues Fee will be refunded.

Note that if you request changes after you submit an order, our promised deadlines will also change.
